Diamond Clear crystals of pure carbon. The properties of Diamond are at their strongest when it has been given as a gift. It enhances one's invulnerability. Rallies the strength of those enfeebled by age. Stimulates love, of oneself and others. A reminder of one's goals and aspirations, especially those of a spiritual nature. Inspires trust, confidence and faith. Activates the Sahasrara Chakra. Brings into manifestation the qualities of abundance, both material and spiritual. Effective as an antidote to poisoning, including the effects of toxins in the environment. Balances the metabolism. Gives clarity of vision.
Emerald Vivid green crystals of Beryl (beryllium aluminium silicate) Beryl represents purity in all aspects, on all planes. enables the realization of one's individual potential, the awareness that all obstacles can be overcome. Emerald itself is excellent for dispelling negativity. It can raise the intensity of one's awareness, and aid focus in a practical way. It tends to manifest a fully realized personal love, and domestic bliss. Useful in meditative and reflective states. Can assist in legal matters. Used to treat disorders of the lungs, heart and muscular system. Soothing for tired or painful eyes.
Ruby Deep red crystals of Corundum (aluminium oxide). An unusual purple form of Corundum, known as Oriental Amethyst, combines the properties of Ruby and Amethyst. Stimulates the Anahata Chakra. Facilitates the selection and attainment of one's ultimate values. A loving and nurturing stone. Promotes spiritual wisdom, health, knowledge, wealth and financial stability. Aids in settling controversy, encouraging gentleness and discouraging violence. Conquers fear of the darkness, at all levels. Use to treat fevers, and for the elimination of toxins. Acts as a counterbalance to stimulants such as caffeine.
Sapphire Blue crystals of Corundum (aluminium oxide). A variety known as Star Sapphire has a prominent internal reflection resembling a star. The stone of pure will and unconditional love. Stimulates the Vishudda Chakra and aligns all the Chakra energies. Releases blockages and checks energy leakages. Promotes connectivity with the Earth, aids the purification of the environment. Used to facilitate dreaming  and astral travel. Sapphires are record-keepers, tapping directly into the Ancient Wisdom. Topaz Topaz (aluminium fluorosilicate hydroxide) occurs in a variety of colours, the most prized of which is pale blue. Used for visualization and protection. Brings a manifestation of good health and generally promotes the correction of bodily disorders. Blue Topaz stimulates the Vishudda Chakra, dispels arrogance and releases one from the confines of misdirected passion. Unites together in a holistic manner the Mind, Body and Spirit.
Tourmaline A family of highly complex crystalline borosilicates. May be many colours, including clear, red or green. Variegated varieties have sections of both red and green, often at alternate ends of a single crystal. A variety known as Watermelon Tourmaline has the red material enclosed within green. A scarce pale blue variety is now considered highly collectable. There is also a black variety, known as Schorl. Attracts inspiration and facilitates the realization of positive affirmations. Diminishes fear by promoting understanding. Balances Yin and Yang, left and right brain activities, body and mind, and the energy centres, Chakras and auric bodies generally.
